TOKYO, Japan - The Japanese government appointed on Jan. 17 Yoshitaka Tomita (L, top) ambassador to Guinea, Kiyoshi Araki (R, top) envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary to the OECD, and Yoshio Nomoto (below) envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary at the Japanese Embassy in China.
