Ex-bank execs found guilty of capital falsification
TOKYO, Japan - Shoichi Osada (L, file photo), former chairman of the failed Tokyo Sowa Bank, and former President Mizuho Kojima (R, file photo), were among five former bank executives found guilty on Feb. 18 of falsely making it appear that the bank had adequate capital reserves in the late 1990s.
