Princess Hisako resumes public duties, as mourning period ends

TOKYO, Japan - Princess Hisako, the widow of Prince Takamado, smiles on Feb. 22 while touring the Japan Grand Prix International Orchid Festival at Tokyo Dome in Bunkyo Ward to resume her public duties. The princess had been observing a mourning period since her husband died of heart failure last November. (Kyodo)
