OSAKA, Japan - Ikuo Yanase (R), vice president of Resona Holdings Inc., Yasuhisa Katsuta (C), president of Resona Bank, and Tetsuo Morishige, vice president of Resona Bank, cut a tape to mark the start of the bank's business at its head office in Osaka on March 3.
