Iraq biochemical arms report to set direction of UNSC decision

BAGHDAD, Iraq - Yasuhiro Ueki, spokesman for the United Nations Monitoring, Observation, Verification and Inspection Commission (UNMOVIC),speaks in an interview with Kyodo News in Baghdad on March 8.
