Kabul National Museum restoration chief visiting Nara

NARA, Japan - Shairazuddin Saifi, restoration chief of the Kabul National Museum, is visiting Nara, western Japan, to study how to restore cultural assets. Saifi told reporters March 11 that the museum was greatly damaged by the Taliban and a number of items were stolen and taken out of Afghanistan. (Kyodo)
