Panel urges drastic change to education law
TOKYO, Japan - Yasuhiko Torii (L), chairman of the Central Education Council, a government advisory panel, hands a report recommending a drastic revision of the basic education law to Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Minister Atsuko Toyama on March 20.
