TOKYO, Japan - Ozeki Chiyotaikai, who won his third Emperor's Cup with a 12-3 record at the spring sumo tourney, holds a new sumo ranking table April 23 for the upcoming Summer Grand Sumo Tournament. Chiyotaikai is placed in the top east ozeki position in the Japan Sumo Association rankings. (Kyodo)
