TOKYO, Japan - A 21-year-old woman created via computer graphics (photo) has been appointed goodwill ambassador in promoting exchanges between Japan and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The computerized woman, whose name has not yet been decided, will serve as a symbol of the ''ASEAN-Japan Exchange Year 2003.'' (Kyodo)
