Female drivers to debut on Shinkansen bullet trains

MISHIMA, Japan - Four young women working with Central Japan Railway Co. (JR Tokai) show off their driver's licenses for bullet trains awarded June 18 by the Land, Infrastructure and Transport Ministry in Mishima, Shizuoka Prefecture. They will debut on the Tokaido Shinkansen in Tokyo, Nagoya and Shin-Osaka on June 20. (Kyodo)
