Ambiguity may lead to realizing 5-way talks on N. Korea: Li
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing speaks in an interview with Japanese reporters in Phnom Penh on June 19. He said North Korea may agree to include Japan and South Korea in talks on its nuclear program if the framework of the talks is ambiguous. ''Even if there are people around, unless they speak, the talks can be called bilateral,'' Li said. (Kyodo)
