Yokohama sign S. Korean star Yoo

YOKOHAMA, Japan - Yokohama F Marinos have signed veteran South Korea international midfielder Yoo Sang Chul (in file photo) on a contract running from July 1 through June 2004, officials of the J-League first division side said on June 25. The versatile 31-year-old joined Yokohama in 1999 before moving to Kashiwa Reysol two seasons later and has made a total of 77 J-League appearances, scoring 38 goals. (Kyodo)
