Seiko Watch to sell 15 mil. yen special wrist watch

TOKYO, Japan - Seiko Watch Corp. will put on the market in mid-September one special luxury Credor-brand model wrist watch (photo) priced at 15 million yen to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the founding of Dutch diamond cutter Royal Ascher, the company said Sept. 11. The watch contains 230 custom-made Ascher-cut diamonds totaling 6.7 carats on parts of its case and dial as well as the watch band. (Kyodo)
