Kyoto brothers celebrate life of Nishijin art

KYOTO, Japan - Two artisan brothers in Kyoto -- Itaro Yamaguchi (R), 101, and his brother Yasujiro, 99 -- will celebrate their lifelong careers dedicated to Kyoto's famed Nishijin textile, opening their first joint exhibition in December in Tokyo. The exhibition will feature about 50 works, including ''Genji'' scrolls and Noh costumes. (Kyodo)
