Arrest warrant issued for N. Korean over abduction

TOKYO, Japan - The Metropolitan Police Department on Jan. 8 obtained an arrest warrant for Kim Se Ho, a 74-year-old North Korean agent on suspicion of abducting Yutaka Kume (file photo), a Japanese national believed to have been taken to North Korea in 1977.

Hasuike, Okudo register marriage at city office
