Chairman of WTO farm trade negotiations to quit
GENEVA, Switzerland - Stuart Harbinson (file photo), chairman of agriculture trade negotiations under the World Trade Organization (WTO), said Nov. 6 he intends to resign. Harbinson has chaired negotiations on farm trade under the Doha round of global trade talks since February 2002. (Kyodo)
