TOKYO, Japan - Kazuo Kawakami (L) and Shuzo Ebata, members of an independent fact-finding team that looked into a viewer ratings manipulation involving Nippon Television Network Corp. (NTV), give a press conference after submitting a report to NTV management on Nov. 18.
