Sony to launch PlayStation 2 in China

BEIJING, China - Sony China Chairman Hiroshi Shoda (2nd from R) announces in Beijing on Nov. 28 that Sony Corp. will release its popular PlayStation 2 game console (C) in China on Dec. 20 in defiance of rampant piracy plaguing the potentially huge market. (Kyodo)
