Gov't decides to nationalize insolvent Ashikaga Bank
TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Toshihiko Fukui is surrounded by reporters at the prime minister's office in Tokyo on Nov. 29 before attending a meeting of the Financial System Management Council there.
