4 airlines begin Haneda-Kimpo flights

TOKYO, Japan - Land, Infrastructure and Transport Minister Nobuteru Ishihara addresses a ceremony to mark the beginning of shuttle flights between Tokyo's Haneda and Seoul's Kimpo airports at Haneda on Nov. 30.
