Japan, Mongolia confirm commitments to Iraq's reconstruction
TOKYO, Japan - Mongolian Foreign Minister Luvsangiin Erdenechuluun (L) and Japanese Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi shake hands at the end of their talks in Tokyo on Dec. 5.
