GSDF opens drill on Iraq dispatch to media
CHITOSE, Japan - The Ground Self-Defense Force (GSDF) in Chitose, Hokkaido, opened a drill to the media in Hokkaido on Dec. 11 demonstrating the kinds of activities it may perform in Iraq using recoilless guns (L) and armored vehicles. It was the first such public display. (Kyodo)
