Top U.S. commander in Okinawa reluctant about cutting troops

NAHA, Japan - Okinawa Area Coordinator Lt. Gen. Robert Blackman, speaking in an interview with Kyodo News on Dec. 23, suggests he is reluctant about drastically reducing troops in the southernmost prefecture.
