TOKYO, Japan - Tokihiko Obata (R), executive director of Sanwa Shutter Corp., the parent company of revolving door manufacturer Sanwa Tajima Corp., briefs reporters in Tokyo on March 27 on a revolving door accident the previous day at the Roppongi Hills complex in Tokyo that caused a fatal accident. A 6-year-old boy died after getting his head stuck in the door. (Kyodo)
