(2)Kao names board member Ozaki as president, CEO

TOKYO, Japan - Motoki Ozaki (R), a board member of the top Japanese household product maker Kao Corp., and its president Takuya Goto (L) shake hands in Tokyo on April 12 as the company announced it has decided to promote Ozaki to president June 29. Ozaki will serve concurrently as chief executive officer (CEO) with the rights to represent the company, while Goto will become chairman of the board of directors without the right of representation.
