Musicians set up bank to support environment projects

TOKYO, Japan - Music producer Takeshi Kobayashi speaks April 28 about a bank he set up with two other musicians to finance environmental protection projects. His partners are composer Ryuichi Sakamoto and Kazutoshi Sakurai, a member of the pop band Mr. Children. AP Bank, which stands for alternative power and artist power, will start accepting applications for loans from May 1 to 31. (Kyodo)
