Softbank to offer less expensive fixed-line phone service
TOKYO, Japan - Soft Bank Corp. President Masayoshi Son said Aug. 30 the company and its ally Japan Telecom Co. will start offering a fixed-line phone service in December with a basic fee that is 200 yen less than those of NTT East Corp. and NTT West Corp. (Kyodo)
