Ichiro continues to chase single-season record of hits
SEATTLE, United States - Seattle Mariners outfielder Ichiro Suzuki singles to center in the ninth inning of a game against the Cleveland Indians in Seattle on Sept. 6. He went 2-for-4 in the game, bringing his total hits this season to 226, 31 behind the single-season record of 257 established in 1920 by George Sisler. (Kyodo)
