Sony unveils PDA with organic EL display featuring crisp video

TOKYO, Japan - Sony Marketing (Japan) Inc., a Sony Corp. arm, said on Sept. 14 it will start selling a personal digital assistant equipped with organic electroluminescent display (in handout photo), a next-generation monitor featuring crisp video. The CLIE PEG-VZ90 to be put on the market on Sept. 25 will likely sell for 95,000 yen, Sony officials said. (Kyodo)
