Matsushita to sell tilted-drum washing machines in China
OSAKA, Japan - Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. said Sept. 15 it will sell its tilted-drum combination washer and dryer machines (in handout photo) in China and other Asian markets later this month. The company, known for its Panasonic brand of consumer electronics, hopes to reinforce its brand image in China by attracting affluent households to the user-friendly model. (Kyodo)
