Prosecutors raid UFJ Bank for obstructing FSA inspections
TOKYO, Japan - Prosecutors raid UFJ Bank's Tokyo headquarters (photo) and the homes of some of its former executives Oct. 8 in connection with the bank's alleged obstruction of inspections by the Financial Services Agency last fall. The raid followed the FSA's filing of a criminal complaint on Thursday against the bank and three of its former executives over the alleged obstruction. (Kyodo)
