CHIBA, Japan - The 38th Tokyo Motor Show opens to the media on Nov. 2 ahead of its public opening on Nov. 3, showcasing about 200 commercial vehicles by some 110 automakers from six countries. Concept vehicles for the disabled and low-emission vehicles are expected to draw attention from visitors to the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba, east of Tokyo, during the show running through Nov. 7.
