NAGOYA, Japan - The first flight from Chubu Centrair International Airport in Tokoname, Aichi Prefecuture, leaves for Fukuoka on February 17, the opening day of Japan's third main international gateway. The new airport built on a reclaimed island in Ise Bay features a 3,500-meter runway and is open around the clock. (Kyodo)
