Int'l meet begins to seek ways of creating 'ubiquitous society'

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Internal Affairs and Communications Minister Taro Aso addresses the opening of an international conference on ubiquitous network society in Tokyo on May 16. Aso told some 500 government and nongovernmental organization officials from about 80 countries that the meeting will design a future society in which ''people in the world can benefit from information technology innovations.''
