Many sharp-edged metal pieces found stuck in guardrails

ISHINOMAKI, Japan - Sharp-edged metal pieces, about 10 centimeters long, have been found stuck at about 350 points of road guardrails in seven prefectures in eastern and northeastern Japan, prefectural and central government officials said June 2.
