Venture firm to launch 'world's smallest' IP phone on Aug. 1
TOKYO, Japan - Communication business venture Anyuser Global Inc. said June 13 it will launch what it calls the world's smallest Internet Protocol phone (in handout photo) on August 1. The IP phone console, named the ''I'm Phone,'' uses a universal serial bus memory in which necessary software for the IP phone system is incorporated. By linking the phone console to a personal computer that is connected to the Internet, the IP phone software works automatically, enabling users to talk over the phone, the company said. (Kyodo)
