TOKYO, Japan - Japan has entered the final stages of negotiations with the United States over the return of a vast airspace whose traffic control rights are currently held by the U.S. Yokota Air Base (in file photo taken in October 1990) in western Tokyo, Japanese government sources said on June 25.
