Work begins to revamp accident-hit experimental nuke reactor
TSURUGA, Japan - Full-fledged work started Sept. 1 to modify the experimental Monju fast-breeder reactor (photo taken Aug. 16) in Fukui Prefecture, which has remained shut since a fire occurred there 10 years ago, the Japan Nuclear Cycle Development Institute said. (Kyodo)
