TOKYO, Japan - Hiroshi Mikitani, president of leading e-commerce company Rakuten Inc., speaks at a press conference in a Tokyo hotel on Oct. 13 on the company's acquisition of a 15.46 percent equity stake in Tokyo Broadcasting System Inc. (TBS). He said Rakuten has proposed integrating the two companies' management under a joint holding company. (Kyodo)
