Imae leads Marines' 15-hit attack in Japan Series opener

CHIBA, Japan - Toshiaki Imae of the Lotte Marines throw his arm in joy after hitting a solo homer in the bottom of the first inning against the Hanshin Tigers in Game 1 of the Japan Series at Chiba Marine Stadium on Oct. 22. Imae went 4-for-4 and drove in two key runs as the Marines beat the Tigers 10-1. The game was called in the bottom of the seventh inning with one out as the ballpark gradually got surrounded by thick fog. (Kyodo)
