Builder of defective condos to soon file for bankruptcy
KUMAMOTO, Japan - Moriyoshi Kimura, president of Kimura Construction Co., the builder of dozens of defective condominiums and hotels with falsified quake-resistance data, holds back his tears and reads comments during a news conference in the prefectural capital of Kumamoto on Nov. 24.
