USDA unveils investigation report on beef exports to Japan

TOKYO, Japan - Japanese farm minister Shoichi Nakagawa speaks with journalists after his talks with U.S. Ambassador to Japan Thomas Schieffer on U.S. beef exports to Japan on Feb. 17.
