IAEA chief says Iran's full transparency is 'still essential'

VIENNA, Austria - The International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Mohamed ElBaradei (in file photo) said on Feb. 27 that Iran's full transparency on its nuclear activities is ''still essential.''
