Unheralded Ueda leads LPGA stars at Mizuno Classic

SHIMA, Japan - Winless Japanese player Momoko Ueda shot a career-best 64 on Nov. 4 to climb to the top of a star-studded field after two rounds of the Mizuno Classic at Kintetsu Kashikojima Country Club in Mie Prefecture. She moved one shot clear of Karrie Webb and two ahead of seven players including Annika Sorenstam, Ai Miyazato and first-round leader Rachel Hetherington. (Kyodo)
