Japan's 1st Islamic finance seminar held to promote unique techn

TOKYO, Japan - Rifaat Ahmed Abdel Karim (standing on the podium), secretary general of the Islamic Financial Services Board, speaks at a seminar on Islamic finance, the first of the kind in Japan, in Tokyo on Jan. 22.
