TOKYO, Japan - Health, Labor and Welfare Minister Hakuo Yanagisawa (far left) apologizes during a House of Representatives Budget Committee session on Feb. 7 for his controversial remarks about women as Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (far right) and other Cabinet members look on.
