Gold bullion claimed to be worth 200 mil. yen stolen from museum
GIFU, Japan - Photo shows a large block of gold bullion claimed to be worth 200 million yen displayed at the Collection of Ohashi in Takayama, Gifu Prefecture. According to the police, three of the four men allegedly took the gold block from its display area on the second floor on March 18. The gold block was produced in 1989 for display at the museum to mark the 25th anniversary of the discovery of the cave, the company said. (Kyodo)
