Bruce Wright, commander of U.S. forces in Japan, speaks in an interview with Kyodo News in Tokyo on April 25, where he called for enhanced cooperation with Japan's Self-Defense Forces in fighting the potential threat of terrorism using chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear weapons.
