38-story office-retail building opens near Tokyo Station

TOKYO, Japan - Mitsubishi Estate Co. opens its 38-story Shin-Marunouchi Building in front of JR Tokyo Station as a new landmark in a tape-cutting ceremony on April 27. The office-retail complex is projected to attract 20 million visitors and generate 22 billion yen of revenue per year, according to the leading real estate company. (Kyodo)
