Ex-Fukushima Gov. Sato pleads not guilty to bribery charges

TOKYO, Japan - Former Fukushima Gov. Eisaku Sato and his younger brother Yuji (center back) arrive at the Tokyo District Court on June 21. They pleaded not guilty to charges of taking 170 million yen in bribes from a construction contractor in connection with a public works project financed by the prefectural government. (Kyodo)
